• Preparation begins immediately for ASAP orders; modification windows are limited.
• We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory constraints, or safety concerns; refunds will follow our policy below.

3. Pricing

Prices are in INR and may change without notice. Discounts apply per offer terms.

• Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery fees and platform charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

4. Liability

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen logistics or weather events.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
• Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Delivery coverage areas and ETAs depend on store capacity and real-time conditions.

• Contactless delivery available upon request at checkout.
• Orders may be marked complete if the recipient is unavailable at the address after reasonable attempts.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are permitted before food preparation starts. Once in preparation, cancellation is at our discretion.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Promotional credits are non-refundable and may expire per specific offer terms.

10. Promotions

Coupons and offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to interfere with security or other customers’ orders.
